Trading insolvent if they don't get cash in the next few weeks at best, not saying they wont get it but Chinese will gain full control in the process IMO.
Can't cover production costs for the next quarter and production hasn't even started yet.
No demand for Dy, only one customer who'd buy it and they are putting excess into storage already, suits the Chinese to have it in the ground and only pull it out if they need it.
h0rc0 has one thing right, I am waiting for a possible entry point, little tip though, it's not here
