Smart move by JMAG holding back $10m off take prepayment. Essentially all they have done is agree to take product at a really cheap price. Sino Steel are secured creditors so likely hood of JMAG recovering money if NTU goes bust would be none to zero IMO. Likely hood of NTU going bust is high IMO.
Dec 2018 Q financial report will be THE penny drop moment.
