What really gets under my skin Goofy is that in NTU's presentations one would read it that $8.1 million is going to be spent on a training to work facility. This is simply not true!
From the Original ASX released announcement back 7/8/2017
" The $4.8 million funding will contribute towards the total T2W project cost of $8.1 million, which includes the establishment of economic infrastructure at Browns Range"

Economic infrastructure is defined as infrastructure that promotes economic activity, such as roads, highways, railroads, airports, sea ports, electricity, telecommunications, water supply and sanitation.

IMO it was just another avenue NTU used as a cash grab to get some more $'s for the project. I don't have any problem with them using this avenue, but I do have a problem with the deceptive way NTU go about the truth of the matter. Include the "Economic Infrastructure" in the presentations.

An ATCO hut, table, chairs and white board coffee machine, A shipping container with a bench, vice and drill. $50,000 inclusive of AirCon and transport, and the other $8,050,000 could be .......
