So what exactly is the impact R&D cuts here on years 2 & 3 of this loss making "pilot"?
Ecclestone's piece suggested it was going to tail off 2019 anyway, unfortunately Dy pricing/demand is just not being very cooperative, YTD just looks like adding another year to the downtrend:
Maybe they'll get lucky with some cobalt traces, always give U another run I guess.
