Adding another prospective to the picture.
NTU like to put it out there that in their annual carbonate mix it will contain 49,000 kg of Dy.
Now as I'm sure that most would be fully aware, that is only 49 tonne.
So the State Reserve (SO FAR) has put aside the equivalent of 33 YEARS of NTU's annual pilot production, the exception is that the State's Reserve has been processed/refined to Dy Oxide.

Do the research, do the math, and I believe therein lies the answer as to why NTU have not released a DFS tailored specifically to the pilot plant project.
