I do not have any issues what so ever with money being used for training local indigenous to work on the plant.
My issue is with the money being used for Economic infrastructure. More than enough dollars there to buy all the plants mobile machinery that will be required for the plants operation. Without being able to see the T2W breakdown submission I can only go by what has been made public.

In regards to price per Kg, lets just say that the price of DyO is a constant AU$250 dollars per Kg, excluding 17% vat for NTU's first year of production.
