because you've wrote "So to me this is all a pretty big multi million dollar bet, that is pinning all its hopes on a day that the price of Dy will appreciate to a level that a profit can be turned." ?
and with the exception of a different RE you've just described LYC ? Its easy to confuse the two as both are WA RE miners. One easy way to differentiate between the two stock is to look at volume of debt and shares on issue. One is counted in Millions and the other one in Billions . Another way is to look at is the interest repayments, on one of them pays more in interest repayments then the other one's market cap. I hope that clear any confusion you may have had on the two stocks.
Not sure what's with the 100 questions re NTU but if you want to jump onboard I suggest that you DYOR and read the ASX announcements yourself because its there where you will find the answers you seek rather attempting to rely on the posts here to make your investment decisions.
Not only are you responsible for your own decisions but you can never tell if a poster is here to genuinely discuss the stock or is simply attempting to do a quick pump & dump / poop & scoop for financial gains. Another thing to look out for are posters who claim they don't own a stock and no financial interests in it but then spend years of of posting on rubbishing said stock for no apparent reason and despite being wrong over and over again.
To get you started in your research re finance I suggest you start with:
