At AGM. About 60% vote against the remuneration package which has to be one of the higher first stikes. commItted to showIng how precIsely the Long Term Incentives % Is determIned but cannot tell us thIs prior to the FY due to competItIve reasons. wIll do next year at the AGM for FY19
main point as Wilbo said - must sign NDAs and cannot talk about deals - intimated this was exactly the case when obtained AT&T and even after. Ken Sheridan made comment about past deals but included BT which is not a past deal - then explained that they are in the same situation as they were with eg AT&T. But then he detailed that they are in discussions with a few large deals (so don't take it as any deal imminent at the moment!). Feeling is need to stay in there
