I attended the AGM. My impression was that the Chair and Board were going to take more notice of shareholder interests going forward. Their attitude was better. The problem I see for shareholders/ investors is the very sketchy (unquantified) information about the company's future. There is no guidance past 2019. The progress on future contracts is restricted by NDAs. This situation was basically the same at the 2016 and 2017 AGMs. If the company can't estimate future earnings, then it may always remain under valued, because the SP is very strongly influenced by the net present value of its future cashflows. In other words an outstanding result in 2020 (like 2018) may not lift the SP if the company won't provide estimates of future earnings growth.
