Discussion with Elders about native title is not in confidence given elders must relay the information to their mob/ community. For those who are interested, its relatively easy to make contact with the right person. Seeking info w.r.t the deal itself may not get you anywhere but it is of value knowing where the negs are currently at and what the timeline expectations/ dates are from the other side. I personally will not disclose any information on this forum other than to say I had no qualms in buying substantial amounts over recent weeks.
