He's still holding almost 9m shares. BB has been selling some stock on a regular basis, which is prudent looking at the rapid share increase over the last few years.
He sold when NST was 1.50 about 5 years back and more recently last year in Dec one million shares around 5 dollars.
Look at the share price today.
I definitely wouldn't call it off-loading, rather smart capital management.
