The board needs to put out an announcement URGENTLY to put recent events into perspective........Either a comment needs to be made that the NST offer is opportunistic and ridiculously low or the offer needs to be put into a perspective the market can understand........The current NST offer suggests TBR/RND are heavily overpriced due to their respective market caps...... but by my estimate after adjusting for the cross holdings and the cash I think still remains, the NST offer is reflected in the current share prices....Some sort of market update/clarification from two companies is needed!!!!!!!
