Given where we have got I’m not opposed to a sale but at fair price.

Now is really the time for Anton to step up to the plate and bring this whole mater before the Federal Court to get a judicial review on the orders of the panel and if possible expand the application to the Federal court to make a potential case, if it is there and they can discover evidence, that the whole affair is part of an orchestration for the unfair offer that has just been made.

IMO NST’s claim in their public annoucmemt that the offer is fair is misleading based on the value of their own company. In the federal court any action that is brought can be expanded to include any other potential breaches of federal laws. If I were a director I’d get this whole thing into that court to sort out and I’d be looking very closely at the public claim by NST that the offer is fair to RND and TBR shareholders.

That claim of fairness is completely unsubstantiated and misleading as it stands currently IMO. The companies could attach a claim under section 51 of the trade laws with respect to those comments IMO after they file for judicial review of the panels orders. Open up the whole lot to the scrutiny of a real court and see if you can’t find out what the true motives for all these actions are? Section 51 opens up a reverse onus of proof and you can get them on the ropes about the offer and claims they are making to the market.

Anton if you are listening show this to your lawyer. You need to lift the lid on all of this even if there might be a few skeletons in your own closet.

Get your lawyers to look at the possibility of attaching ASIC and NST to any claims you make in the federal court, so the court will have to look very closely at all the communications that happened between all parties involved. Esh
