The offer needs to be investigated by a parliamentary committee, how it has come about, how the non-judicial powers of the takeover panel are being used to strong arm these assets away from TBR/RND shareholders.
Billis needs to now grow a pair of balls and get this all into the Federal Court as soon as possible to put the brakes on this nonsense. Esh
