$150 million values NST’s share of the EKJV at $156 million.

Considering the EKJV represented 23.7% of NST’s more profitable production. This offer values NST (pre-Pogo and cash holdings) at

100/23.7 x $156 million = $658 million

That puts a value on Pogo and the cash NST hold of $4.7 billion. Good luck with that.

You are very confused or confusing. On the one hand you say NST should have tanked on the offer, presumably because they paid too much. In the same narrative you claim the offer is criminal, presumably too low, and should be investigated. Which point are you trying to make
