I agree with DJBDJB, a $176M contract award should not warrant a Trading Halt. The previous Trading Halt requested prior to a contract Announcement was on 12/12/2016, and that contract was only worth $40m. In the intervening 16 months there have been other contract Announcements above $40M that did not call for the the drama of a Trading Halt, and three of these exceeded $176M (Curragh extension $210, Baralaba $420M and Dalgaranga $340m). What gives?
As an aside, I like these middling-sized contracts – they are less risky, and cause less indigestion. Also, it's good to see contracts from parties other than RIO – customer diversity lessens the risk of relying on a narrow customer base.
