Nice, $10m for 2 RCR divisions that generated $110m in revenue in 2018 and is expected to return more than $10m in eps impact (ignoring one-offs) which is > +2.7c in FY2019.
I'm pleased that they've managed to pick up something from RCR which seems (I'm no expert admittedly) like a good business ruined by solar farm empire building. Should help with the ongoing NRW transformation to a more diversified, and maybe higher margin business, I guess only they know exactly how well it will generate 'synergies' with the existing divisions.
Jeez, 2020H1 is starting to look very promising!
