(It is only part of the story . The rest deals with Water Corporation work which I am not sure is part of the purchase )
I am sharing the parts talking about ongoing work opportunities and past clients:

RCR Tomlinson collapse hits home town of Bunbury hard

..........“RCR roots go a long way back in Bunbury where it had belting, hydraulic and electrical divisions and fabrication interests. It continues to lease three huge fabrication sheds and is a major customer to logistics providers.
Work stopped on Bright Energy's $60 million solar farm expansion in WA's mid-west this week and the RCR collapse will also have a ripple effect on iron ore and lithium projects.
RCR had an active contract as part of Talison's expansion of the Greenbushes lithium mine and was in line to build the second stage of a concentrator at Pilbara Minerals' Pilgangoora lithium mine.
BHP is considering its options for RCR contracts which include rail upgrades and a five-year maintenance agreement for apron feeders across its Pilbara iron ore mines.
Fortescue Metals Group is weighing options for follow up work associated with the recent installation of a relocatable conveyor at its Cloudbreak iron ore mine. RCR was the lead contractor on the conveyor work.
Bunbury Geographe Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BGCCI) vice-president Rob Skipsey said RCR was a key provider of technology to primary industries in WA and its collapse would leave a huge hole while administrators assess bids for its various assets.
"It is painful to see a long-standing company with a proud tradition get into this sort of strife," he said. "They have delivered some great projects over the years."
Mr Skipsey said he understood some divisions would continue to trade, with more clarity expected after Monday's creditors meetings.
"We [BGCCI] have put out a hand to help assist a number of contractors and subcontractors, and there are also a number of key projects they are working on across the south-west.".....
