The IPO of the subsidiary company in Canada is a positive sign. This means that shareholders of NVA will enjoy the increase in wealth without putting more money in the company by letting other seed investors injecting the money to the subsidiary. Hence, the decision for buying back the shares demonstrates that the board is confident in the increase of NVA wealth in the future.
