Hopefully, as that would reduce the need to do another CR before production. $11.5 mill if all converted. I'd be happy if we get into production with about 140mill shares on issue (that includes about 8 mill incentive options for managment). More cash if they are converted.
The key now is to start producing as quickly as possible. Probably early May for DFS.
