yep your comment regarding the "Mexican partners" is quite valid:

Mr Luis Rogelio Martinez Valles has been appointed a Non-executive Director of the Company and will represent the Mexican partners in the Plomosas Project at Board level.
Don't know how much influence he may have with the Mexican partners but if they also take action against him then it may allay fears of any "court battles" with them but if he holds significant influence with them then it could be a different story. And also interesting to see if the Mex Govt "sides" with them in any way!
