" back to my cave" - nah come on out and enjoy the sunshine) - you got this right about them though .."look pretty dumb all round" - been a constant series of fiascos for a few years now - how can one entrust management with their hard earned with what appears to be a constant repetition of "dramas" that are just dressed differently??.
by releasing that ANN further info should have been forthcoming BUT IMO maybe that would have been more damaging to the company. Either way will be interesting to see how it pans out from here!!! - will be seen if ex director creates his opportunity to have a go back!
