I agree Plext, but you never know if they’re telling the whole truth. He lives in Mexico, has he been properly informed of meetings, did he attend via Skype? Why do they owe him so much money which must have been accruing over time (if they don’t like paying their debts as and when they fall due what about other debts)?

And still I have no idea how they could have announced that the deal was “renegotiated” to better terms for CZL then had gone back to the original? Is someone taking the difference for themselves? Did the renegotiation ever happen? Is it why they now are fighting with the Mexicans?

Until these questions are answered this thing should be treated like plutonium!
