Not sure whats going on here but theses are the facts. They want him gone and he didnt want to go gracefully.
Looking at the An report there were 6 meetings he could have attended .. Zero attended.
2016 he HAD 25million shares . NOW he has none ! probably transferred into a private account .
The company owes him $78,000
I agree this should be under 1c soon. Unbelievable this was announced IMO
