Luis Martinez IS the Mexican vendor! Like I said, be very careful. They haven't moved to 90% (or is it 80% or is it 100%?), they announced renegotiations that don't appear to have ever happened or reverted to the original terms and now they are throwing there Mexican partner off the board.
