Well both answers are true BD. One could move their assets across to a shell thus the shell becomes the main entity.
That would be a bad result for the shareholders.
The other and more likely alternative is that we are purchasing to sit along side Quest as a sub-entity that can be used as a transactional vehicle.
The announcement is as usual too vague to know for certain.
