Good thinking Gosh,

the Shell angle certainly opens up a number of possibilities and it's clear QPN are gearing up for something that will hopefully hit the market in the form of an announcement in the short term.

My finance broker suggested that the shell maybe best used to create a new entity so that only validates your point.

E.g. company A become x% holder in the new entity with Quest holding x%. I'm still far from 100% sure on what this merger of sorts would mean to the shareholders and there really seems to be too many possibilities to speculate.

Upon reflection, granted there are negatives associated with this move, I feel this is a positive step forward for Quest.

At the very least it's clear they are doing something!.

If anyone gets in contact with Jonathan I'd be very interested to hear his take on the announcement as I would hate once again for investors to read too much into something that maybe just a business as usual move.

Time will tell.
