Hmm if they are employees of the company exercising these oppies and then promptly dumping on market I imagine the AGM would be a frightful place to be a company representative. Shareholders like me have long memories and will vote down any new remuneration requests. When you have a small registry and can use the firepower of forums like HC, management can end up struggling to get items across the line.
