The Company gives this notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act. The shares were issued WITHOUT DISCLOSURE under Part 6D.2, in reliance on Section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act. The Company, as at
the date of this notice, has complied with:
a) The provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act; and
b) Section 674 of the Corporations Act.
708A on the 15 Feb, 375,000 were converted, balance was 7,095,000
708A on the 10 March, 525,000 converted, Balance 6,570,000
Still plenty to go and that does not account for the 4M the director hold.
So we have 6,570,000 to go and each time they are exercised there is no date reference to when these were approved, unlike the 4M issued to directors which gives a date.
No change in sub holder notice either.

On Oct 10 last year 900,000 were issued to employees under section 7.1 with a reference date of Nov 27 2015 and a strike price of 0.001, expiry of April 30 2021 and a further 160,000 options to consultants for the provision of corporate services with a strike price of 0.23 and expiry of July 29 2019.
Under section 7.1 these can be continually issued without shareholder approval.
They were given approval to do this in the meeting on Nov 27 2015 by shareholders as I understand it.
