Where did you find this can you link the document? what options is it referring to?
I need to read the whole thing work out whats going on here, we could be in serious trouble come Feb 28 if that means half the .001 shares will be convertible, thats 3.5 million+ shares.
We could all be in deep shizzle on this one if this is true and these shares aren't held by management.
