Happens like clockwork. So called professional and sophisticated investors bid for and get far more shares than they can afford to hold long term, even medium term. The excess then gets dumped on the market soon after shares are issued.
Retail investors just need to be patient and wait for an opportunity when the price drops close to or lower than CR price.
