Arena's claim seems a bit rich If I lend you $2.5 mill and say pay me back 2019 and 2020, thats a long way from demanding immediate repayment now of $5 mill. Even those loan share pay day loan companies would be embarrassed to ask for double back a year early. The fine print must be pretty fine to think that the penalty for some infraction is to pay back double.
