I think you have confused a post by AO as mine.

FYI shareholders that can be considered rebel shareholders in PDF are acting and voting as the see fit as individuals. They have 2 choices to make if they choose to vote as do every shareholder in a company.

1/ FOR a resolution
2/ AGAINST a resolution

So if every shareholder that votes FOR a resolution is not acting in concert how can every shareholder that votes AGAINST a resolution be voting in concert, or if both FOR and AGAINST are considered voting in concert with others arriving at the same decision as themselves, then every individual shareholder of a company is considered to be voting in concert, whether that FOR or AGAINST a resolution.
Is that your view?

Where your opinion fails is that the majority of the rebel shareholders have never had any communication with any of the other shareholders, so how could they be voting in concert?

I have always run towards an incident, not away from it, but some incidents aren`t worthy of a response as there are more productive things that can be achieved with that time.
