It will be interesting to see if the next EGM announcement now has resolutions to remove the board and also cancel the latest share issuance that didn`t get past ASX scrutiny. See announcement of 25/9/12.

Where`s the announcement of the 2018 AGM??
Deadline for that announcement is tomorrow yet no mention in todays announcement.

Actually where is all the missing financial reports that haven`t been published.. That just suggests the new auditor is unwilling to sign off, or the company is till in the same position as the last financials, i.e. underwater.

There is not much work in a quarterly when you are a company that doesn`t generate any income. Certainly less than 2 hours work for this company..

So many unanswered questions, inaction and delays with the current board.
