Agreed that DB should post the full notice on this chat site. What does a MD deserve when he drives the share price down the cliff over the last six years? And now DB is doing a right issue with his related company GBA doing the underwriting for a 5% fee using the loan of GBA to BPH. GBA collects 5% fee and DB increases his shareholding of BPH. BPH has less cash, DB owns more shares and shareholders get diluted further. Mind you, after all these, BPH still owes DB $700k for fees, etc.
Where are the other directors: Fontaine, Gilbert, Whan? You can hide but you cannot run! Why don't you guys spend your creativity in working on MDS and Cortical to commercialize these products? Time to call ASIC!
