Why would I not disclose it, it is common knowledge - wasn't that what you were alluding to yesterday when trying to ark @nexusb up - the undisclosed sharing of information because of "relationships" It was was simply to demonstrate how @fooca does not share any information that he is privy to so I doubt very much he has shared it with my son (who also hasn't discussed any potential directors with me).
Unlike you, I don't feel the need to demand to have more information because I know in the fullness of time the relevant information will be given to enable shareholders to make their own mind up, myself included. And, if he doesn't trust me .... well and good - he'll sleep well knowing he's told me nothing then
