Notice received under Section 249D of the Corporations Act Greenpower Energy Limited (ASX: GPP) (“the Company”) advises that on 27 June 2018 it received a notice under Section 249D of the Corporations Act 2001 (“Section 249D Notice”) requesting the Company to convene a meeting of the members of the Company (“Meeting”). The Section 249D Notice specifies the following as members requesting the Meeting: •Suleyman Balcioglu; •Kaymel Pty. Ltd.; •Yilmaz Balcioglu; •Gangadhar Bevinakoppa; and •GLM Koppa Pty. Ltd. . who in aggregate claim to hold at least 5% of the issued shares of the Company. The Section 249D Notice requests that the Meeting considers resolutions to remove Gerard King and Simon Peters as directors of the Company, and appoint Suleyman Balcioglu and Gangadhar Bevinakoppa as directors of the Company.
