Well if the numbers quoted re: your cost basis is incorrect the information you espoused was incorrect then....
You are trying to discredit someone you no nothing about, you have no idea what cost basis he purchased his shares at and you are just basically trying to dig to get information.
You jump on here with outlandish statements that his holding is only worth $3,148.33 whereas he may have paid up to $30,000 for those shares..... I would think that he has every right to challenge management, as well as anyone else that has been affected by the inept, poor performing current management team.... the challenge isn't about the amount of shares one owns but a right as a shareholder to take action?

Pray tell, (this will be interesting) with Kings 150M plus shares, what is his actual coast basis? how many were freebies? how much has he made selling packets? obviously not too fused as he gave his mate 10M after converting CHEAP OPTIONS ..... and the statement of being committed to the company is hysterical, considering that you are now proclaiming he along with the rest of the board need replacing, wasn;t management the reason you sold? or are we going to find another one to suit the time of day?

I believe @nexusb has you pegged right, just change your mind to suit what outlandish statements you are trying to make.......
