    Magnum Hunter stock price has been falling pretty hard of late. At close last night it is US$7.44.

    On the offer of one MHR per 23.6 AQO at 0.939 US/AUD then the implied offer is now 33.6 cents.

    DLS offer is 32.6 cents as of yesterday's close.

    I agree that this is almost over.
