Seems the institutions are finally coming back to the stock. PIM is just the first one and I m sure more will come once the debt has been restructured. We can see what effect one institution has on the share price you can imagine if there are several of them. Also interestingly PIM is French and close to the ground. I don t think they would have taken such a position without being convinced that the debt issue will be solved.
