I was a long term holder of DML
Today I contacted FTI Consulting ,Brisbane, to ask how to get the Capital loss declaration.
This evening I received an email containing the ASX news release AND the "Declaration by liquidators about Shares"

The Declaration is necessary for investors to claim Capital Loss
I suggest that you contact FTI Consulting at

Mention your details and request a copy of the "Declaration by Liquidators about Shares" Re. DML

Perhaps you could ask if they would put such a release on ASX.
It would save them thousands of calls

I did not do this as I was only fishing for the contact details for the Botswana end.
