I reckon that he will come up will some spin and stay on something like "APG are in the middle of negotiations and we need to maintain the same team to facilitate the deal" and then this will then go on for a month or so and then the deal vaporizes.
Wasn't he hanging on from the AGM to get a deal sorted?
IMO he will milk it for a long as he can.
