I thought that with the stay of execution on the MD, with the condition that a deal would divert that action and the reportedly tame AGM, that it meant a deal was imminent (can't believe I'm saying that). Then after having that thought, wondered why anyone would pay for a license at a value many times the company providing it. Just buy the company, sell the scrap metal, sell the land, use the technology.
