"Given a large multi national is finalising a transaction" Nearly spat my teeth out laughing so much. Recently did a search of announcements over the last 8 years - dozens say the same thing or similar; often in response to an asx query. Given the complete lies, I suggest jail time should be on the books: given there isn't much else.
