It is not BHD it is the requisitioners to call the meeting.
Section 203D(2) says they must give BHD 2 months notice of an intent to call the meeting.
However 249H says they must give at least 21 days notice.
Anyone have experience in these matters?
The sooner the existing directors are gone the less damage they can inflict.
And yes get the forensic accountants after all interco director related dealings are canx and loans recalled as soon as legally allowed.
