Whats wrong Cantona don't like discussing negative aspects of this stock on HC ... after all that's what HC is for isn't discuss all aspects of the stock...+ive or -ive

If you have spoken to the company (or anyone else has) them please enlighten us to the detail around what looks on the face of it to be some kind of legal action against/involving Spookfish which at the very least I'd expect it causing delays at worst stop it in it tracks until its resolved.

Lets start with who is pursuing them and what the grievance is...

Perhaps the company need put out a detailed update on what the issue is and how it expects it to be resolved and by when (ie, Full disclosure)...as shareholders and prospective holders will generally expect the worst in my experience if left to guess.

PS: Never said I didn't like the story but there are too many unknowns atm ... not the least of which is the mcap after Prospectus raising... and now what looks like pending legal action of some kind.
