Agree, if shareholders don't vote against this and show who is in charge then no excuses if things go against minority shareholders. No explanation is outrageous, IMO wouldn't surprise me if BDO wanted to resign and came to an "arrangement" with the Board. If it was because of the stuff up with the accounts then say so. With RND, Sierra and Trans Global owning 50%+ this resolution will be passed but important for all other shareholders to vote.
