Peter Remta
Mr Peter Remta was a corporate lawyer before entering the mining and corporate investment industries as a director and legal consultant.
In the past 30 years he has been a director of some ten stock exchange listed companies and was the federal president of Taxpayers Australia and Honorary Consul-General for the Philippines in Western Australia, assisting that country with the setting up of its mining legislation and regime.
He has been involved with several successful stock exchange listings and corporate restructuring in Australia and the United States of America including arranging the first dual listing of an Australian company on NASDAQ. In addition he is a visiting professor at Guizhou University in China.
He has during the past three years held non-executive directorships as chairman in other listed companies being Padbury Mining Limited, Aurium Resources Limited and Yellow Rock Resources Limited and is presently the chairman of Brighton Mining Group Limited.
Victor Wu
Mr Victor Wu is the chief executive officer of U2 Living Corporation Limited which is a high profile international furniture exporting company operating in China and Hong Kong and having its corporate headquarters in Sydney New South Wales.
U2 Living Corporation exports furniture to all parts of the western world and while a private company has had significant increases in its revenue and profitability over the past six years.
Although Mr Wu was born in China he was raised and educated in Australia and has his permanent residence in Sydney New South Wales.
He is fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English and possesses an extensive business network in China and other Asian countries.
In addition he has experience and participated in high level corporate turnarounds, management and reorganisation as well as developing initiatives for industrial infrastructure and process engineering.
He has assisted with various mergers and acquisitions and investitures in the corporate arena and has been a seed investor in a number of mining companies.
