Was this announcement and the recommedations to shareholders contained therein approved by the GLM Board via a properly convened BoD meeting or Circular Resolution? NO, and I'm sure the asx and asic will be interested to know that.
Does Graphite Graham know what a Res 249F is? Well obviously not but I'm surprised he hasn't had it explained to him by the Co.Sec who along with Reveleigh's very able assistant actually do the work that the MDs is supposed to do. Reveleigh being in bed ill or attending to private business.
