The DFS is done and mining is going to commence. Why worry about DFS rubbish, engineers sticking their thumbs in the air guessing what mining might cost.

Who cares about a new model, more wasting money, unless you are talking about a block models from new drilling that adds ore to the schedule, which increases mine life and dilutes capex per tonne of metal produced.

    Broker report, joking?

Does one need to construct anything that drilling into minable ore next too development declines makes insignificant? Basically you are paying for the decline anyway then poop, an ore body to reduce the cost on the way.

Did all the number guessing take into account when you get an external consultant to complete your jorc resource they cruel the resource to make sure their ass is covered. Common for these guys to delete 20/30% of profitable ore. Basically you spoon feed these guys data base and they haven’t got the guts to allocate the numbers that are there, every time.

If you want to highlight risk how about something real like
    1) Processing plant is designed wrong, recoveries and throughput not achieved, maintenance blows out due to crushing circuit not up to material being presented. Ore lost due to the grind size. Ore lost due to met problems. Availability not there, spot fires break out no chance of preventative maintenance, availability & cost blow out.

    2) principal cant control their mining contractor, contractor does what they want, not whats in the best interest of the mine. The gear and people they bring to site are crap, machinery availability is not high enough or equipment they have not up to the task, schedule and fixed costs blow out.

    3) Contractor skimps on ground support, jumbo uses over size bits to drive split sets easier in the main decline, production shortfalls put pressure on to skimp on support, serious rock fall, someone slips on a banana peel.

    4) production shorfalls pressure into shortcuts in general, someone slips on a banana peel.

    5) AUD goes on a tear due to the USA having a complete dud in charge

    6) China decides to put a halt of metal prices, again

    7) Mine makes a loss for the first two years, restructure finishes off existing shareholders.

Fundimentals and all of the above are blah blah blah, its a spec stock, DFS isnt worth the paper its on once the real game starts, ahh operating a mine
